Developed branding and advertising campaign for luxury condominium project in Philadelphia, designed by renowned architect Robert A.M. Stern. Campaign initially established project as an unique luxury lifestyle opportunity on the historic and revitalized Rittenhouse Square. Original photography was utilized in all advertising, as well as signage, web and print collateral applications. Search marketing campaign was also deployed for lead generation and sales support.
