Romp around the chateau… The third installment of Dior’s Secret Garden campaign at Versailles, in a film by fashion photogs Inez and Vinoodh, features a variation on the Three Graces, goddesses of antiquity who inspired masterpieces by Raphael and Botticelli (aka Daria Strokous, Fei Fei Sun and Katlin Aas). Set to Dépêche Mode’s, Strangelove, the girls explore both the alluring interiors and gorgeously manicured gardens in an almost dreamlike romp around the famed symbol of French aristocracy and luxury. Admittedly, not one of our favorite fashion house video/short film efforts (seems to lack a compelling storyline or distinctive visual direction), but certainly on brand and a perfectly positive note for the evolving fashion empire that is Dior.
