The Almighty New York Times redesigns its site.

The New York Times | 2013 Redesign. The New York Times recently introduced another redesign, its fourth since the site was launched in 1996. The country’s second largest newspaper (after The Wall Street Journal), has moved to a cleaner, easier-to-read layout while adding significant video, multimedia and photography features increasing interactivity, responsiveness and opportunities for sharing. Pages have been simplified with significantly faster load times. Navigating between stories is also easier with a pared-down navigation architecture and reduced page clutter. Recommendations have also been added to enhance the user experience. Overall, all welcome changes. Just need advertisers to embrace the changes and step up their game with creative (and online spending). And it all looks spectacular on the tablet. May the evolution continue…
