Created positioning piece and sales brochure for building in New York’s fashion district. Brochure was designed and written for target audience of potential showroom leasees and broker community. Brochure utilizes distinctive materials including suede and a hand-stitched cover to support its commitment to the apparel industry and craftsmanship. Art and content files were provided for digital marketing.
