An innovative start-up technology company needed to rebrand their disruptive smart wallet venture, as well as plan marketing initiatives for aggressive expansion plans.

The critical rebranding began with both user focus groups and employee interviews. Insight on brand awareness, product capabilties, customer service and potential new services were captured and analyzed for relevance. Creative work on the new branding began based on key points from focus group and interview process. A dynamic new identity is finalized, an integrated promotion program is planned and a website and app was designed, developed and launched.
