Illustration SPOTTED. Mike Perry | artist, designer & illustrator. Mike Perry is an artist, designer, illustrator and writer from Missouri now residing in Brooklyn, New York. Perry attended the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and earned  a degree in graphic design.  After college, he worked for Urban Outfitters in Philadelphia for three years before moving to New York. Perry started his Brooklyn-based design studio in 2006.  As a designer and artist working in a variety of mediums, including, but not limited to books, magazines, newspapers, clothing, drawing, painting, and illustration, Mike Perry is compelled by the ways in which the hand-drawn informs and deepens contemporary visual culture. Perry works regularly for a number of editorial and commercial clients including AOL, Apple, Channel 4, De’Longhi, ESPN, Intel, MTV, MAC Cosmetics, Microsoft, Nike, Playstation, Sony, Starbucks, Target, The Ace Hotel, The Gap, The Standard Hotel and Urban Outfitters. Perry’s work has been included in group and solo exhibitions throughout the world, including the United States, Singapore, Japan, England, Germany, Canada, The Netherlands, Hong Kong and Australia.
